REFUND POLICY

1. OUR PROMISE

We want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right in line with your UK consumer rights and this Returns Policy.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS 

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is included

Please note:
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as bottles, drinkware, and opened consumables cannot be returned once unsealed.

3. HOW TO RETURN

  1. Email gabriel@servedcold.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll confirm return eligibility and provide the return address.

  3. Pack the item securely and post it back using a tracked service.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item is damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at

gabriel@servedcold.co.uk.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return postage.

5. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

6. EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange for a different size or item, please mention it in your email.
Exchanges depend on stock availability.

7. CONSUMER RIGHTS

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
